About This Lesson
This is an easy math center after students have had a chance to free explore with Pattern Blocks. Enlarge the mat on 11X17 inch cardstock paper and then laminate. Each child grabs a small tub of blocks to sort. When finished sorting, they have to count and tell me how many of each shape they had. They then can grab a new bunch of blocks and sort again.
