http://www.freemathvideos.com In this video tutorial I will show you how to find the composition of the function using right triangles. We use right triangles for these problems when we cannot use the unit circle. To start we need to construct a right triangle with the correct constraint according to the range of the inverse function. We then use the Pythagorean Theorem to help us evaluate for the remaining triangle. Once we have have the triangle completed, we can then evaluate for the outer function.
