About This Lesson
This template is especially used to gather evidence. Although some of the questions are in more detail than others; it can be adapted for a shorter format. Also the 'Strengths and Weaknesses' part can be refined for technique so they can track their process where necessary.I found this useful as we were trying to cut back on paper so got them to reuse this template in their books rather than having lots of sheets of paper in a file.
