About This Lesson
For this you need a friendly Food Tech teacher to help you. Take your Physics class to the Food room and make Baked Alaska with them! The wow factor when the pudding comes out of the oven and you cut it open to reveal the still frozen ice cream is brilliant. Then you let them eat it! My students loved this, and talked about it for weeks afterwards.
