About This Lesson

This is a PPT that introduces Pythagoras' Theorem using pythagorean triples as a starter and linking the sizes of Television screens to the hypotenuse. Each slide is accompanied by notes highlighting the thinking of the author. This is a different take on the traditional Pythagoras' lesson. Enjoy!!

Good graphics, but spelling errors everywhere in the notes.

Good approach for kids... Probably can be improved, but good start.

Good concept. It is a good place to start. I would tweek it a bit to use in my classroom.

Not too shabby--meaning very good. I like the real view approach because students ask 'what does this have to do in my real world?'
