About This Lesson

U.S. Department of Education, Institute of Education Sciences, What Works Clearinghouse reviewed a study on repeated reading with students with disabilities. This approach is used with students who have initial word reading skills, but do not show fluency. This study showed that repeated reading can have a positive effect on reading comprehension.
