About This Lesson
Part of a series of two TESiboard Enter the Angle, "Sail for Treasure" activities to practise setting and recognizing angles. This simpler activity requires the user to enter an angle as a bearing in a clockwise direction from North (0 degrees). The boat can be stopped and a new direction set until it reaches the treasure. Play with the timer for more fun. If you like this, try the complementary "Island Angles" activity.
I had a play and found it strangely addictive!! I would demonstrate to the class and allow them to explore the controls.
