About This Lesson
Shout the Shapes song and activity is designed to teach and reinforce 2-D shapes. Shapes are introduced with colorful shape cards and then reinforced with the Shout the Shape song. The teacher will sing the song and hold up a shape card, the students then form their bodies into the shape. An extension- students could find shapes around the classroom to match the card being held up. ECE-MATH
