Fab! Thank you- Perfect for an "informal" Group presentation, but I can use these to "level" them in my head and see how they perceive their own performance! Thank you, saved me loads of time, you star! :) Only constructive criticism is I know i'll only be able to use these with my top set as my mid/ bottom set won't understand the criteria, however will only take 5 seconds to Change! :)
