About This Lesson

Objectives of Teaching Feelings and Actions Lesson: Students will be able to identify a variety of emotions and identify appropriate ways to express and deal with emotions and feelings that show kindness to self and others. Kindness Definition: Students will be able to explain why classroom rules are needed and how they promote fairness, kindness, and help prevent conflict. Kindness means being friendly, generous or considerate to ourselves and others through our words and actions. Kindness Concepts: Caring, Self-Care. The Random Acts of Kindness Foundation.
