About This Lesson

In the lab we are going to use 1 large coffee can and 1 small plastic container to freeze the ice cream. The temperature of the ice cream and ice-salt mix will be taken periodically. This temperature will be plotted against time on the graph. The hardening process will be eliminated and our semi-solid product will be consumed directly by volunteers.
