This lesson requires quite a lot of preparation beforehand. For it to be successful it depends on the commitment of the students and high rate of completion of the diary task. If this works is could have a real impact on the students in raising awareness of the international origin of a lot of food and other products. Excellent opportunity for bringing in environmental awareness issues as well. Good level of thinking skills.
