      About This Lesson

      Translation cards: the middle card has got the instructions by how much to translate the shape; the answer cards need to be laid around the middle card. Reflection cards: use it as domino; every card has got two pictures; first the answer and then the instruction for the next card. Rotation cards: loop game; start with any card and rotate the shape by the given instruction. Reflection handout: the picture has been reflected; find 9 differences.

      A really nice set of loop card activities based on the topics of transformations. These are ideal tasks to get pupils working in pairs or groups and a great way to consolidate pupils understanding of the topic.
