Transition Message To and From my new teacher. Contents: 2 PDF files each containing a letter template. Students each write a short paragraph to introduce themselves to their new teacher. Teacher then writes a short personal response (just a sentence of two is powerful enough to make a connection). This is an idea to support transition to any new year/class/school and supports both the students and teacher in familiarizing themselves with each other at this time of change.
