About This Lesson

Suitable for ~Levels 3-5. Intended to help embed the concept of fractions after everyone is bored with the simplest images of pizzas; or shaded fractions of rectangles! Many images chosen to be of some interest to children 7 to 11. Most of the images are deliberately chosen so that it takes students a little while to 'count up' the total number of objects; and the fraction of them fullfilling your specified criteria. Sevenths; Ninths; Fiths etc. are common.
