About This Lesson
The presentation discusses how volta built his battery and challenges students to build one that provides more volts. It then goes through how to plan a fair test, and what variables are. Students work in groups using different electrolytes and metal electrodes. They use the results table provided. The presentation ends with a wrap up activity.
Excellent resource ready to use in my class. I will add this to our schemes of work. I really like the emphasis on how science works and experimental techniques.
