About This Lesson

Learning Outcomes: To measure the voltage across resistors in series and see how this compares to the total voltage. The voltages across each resistor; add to give the total voltage. The greater the resistance; the greater the voltage across it.The total voltage in the circuit remains the same. The current in the circuit is the same throughout.

For those looking for a quick and easy circuit/measuring voltage lab here it is! I would add more details into my lab to not only eliminate questions, but also so that I have a lab that a student can easily follow on a make up day when I have multiple labs running at one time. I would create a separate data sheet where my students can record their hypothesis, data, and conclusion. I would also have more questions ready for an after lab discussion.
