Who wants to be a Modulation Millionaire?

This is a guide to identifying modulations in the listening exam with a few hints and tips in the form of Who Wants to be a Millionaire. There are no audio examples; it is more about the process (so you always win!). I got a little carried away when designing this one so I feel I should share it to justify the time. :-)
