About This Lesson
This is a winter literacy/science center activity. Copy the winter pictures on cardstock paper and laminate. Post the pictures around the room. Give each child a clipboard and recording sheet. The child searches the room for a winter picture. When found, the word is recorded next to the same number and picture on the recording sheet. When all 10 winter words are found, the child draws his two favorite winter pictures.
