Possible answer to task 6?

I thought the answer could be 22 because, the first set of numbers add up to 10, then the next add up to 15, the one after 25 so the last box needs to add up to 40. 10 to 15 is +5 15 to 25 is +10 25 to 40 is +15. I guess there are other possible patterns, this is just one I saw!

Keyhole 1?

If the PRIME number has a digit sum of 7 how can the answer be 79? Should it be 43 or 61 perhaps? Also, the answer to keyhole 2 could be 100? Sorry to be pedantic!

Solution 6

Task 6: Meeting Bebothered : Solution : Going clockwise the boxes add up: 10, 15, 20 and 25 and to get it to add to 20 you need to add 2. This is ONE solution, there are more.

Great idea and useful math. Will be happy to trialthis sometime . . Could I suggest the typeset is replaced with more readable option? e.g. calligraphy style? Won't lose the ethos but will help those with reading difficulties. I think a ppt would really be fabulous to enhance this . . when you get round to doing it, do put it up online!

Brilliant, I hope you don't mind but I have added ppt and task sheets to compliment your idea as I had created them to use myself. Thanks, as someone else stated, Thank God for people with good ideas!
