By familiarising themselves with the letters XYZ, children will be able to remember the different types of angles and the explanations that go with them which then leads onto how to work them out. If you still don't get it, X is for opposite angles equal each other, y is angles on a straight line add up to 180, and Z is for alternate angles
thanks for the narrative - intend to use it as a starter to remind pupils of previous learning leading to increasingly challenging problem solving.
Poul that is a bit harsh. The worksheet is a foundation to build upon and the concept makes sense. It has inspired me.
