About This Lesson
The students can work in pairs; cut out 10 animal faces of their choice from the sheet. They take turns putting some animals in the zoo; and then adding a few more; and their partner will count each group and determine the total. Finally; they will write a number sentence together. Students can create subtraction problems as well.Then; they switch roles and continue.
