Biography
I am the District Instructional Coach at Lebanon CUSD #9, with a doctoral degree in curriculum and instruction and a master's degree in instructional technology. I created and facilitate our district mentoring program. I was honored to be named "Employee of the Year" and nominated for the "Leaders to Learn From" award. I enjoy writing grants and recently led the preparation and submission of the Blue Ribbon application, resulting in Lebanon Elementary’s 2023 Blue Ribbon designation. With over 30 years of experience in coaching and sharing knowledge, I am dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
