Biography
I have been an educator for 12+ years in the New York City Public School system. I teach middle and high school math and science. I have also taught journalism. Before I was a teacher, I was a newspaper reporter and editor for two national textbook companies.
I earned my National Board of Professional Teaching Standards (NBPTS) Certification in Early Adolescent Mathematics. I was served as a Math for America (MfA) Master Teacher.
I am a member of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM) and the Association of Mathematics Teachers of New York State (AMTNYS)l.
