Since 1997, NewseumED has produced educational resources and experiences powered by the content and collection of the Newseum, Washington, D.C.’s interactive museum of news and the First Amendment. We enrich visitor experiences and bring Newseum content to more than 2 million students, teachers and lifelong learners who can’t visit by providing materials online. We use the five freedoms of the First Amendment as a springboard to illuminate the challenges and ideals of our democracy and to cultivate the public’s ability to make informed and well-reasoned decisions in a diverse and demanding world.
