Biography
Remigio Willman is a third-grade bilingual classroom teacher in the Houston Independent School District. He teaches in a Title I school, where 96 percent of the students qualify for free lunch. Currently, Willman serves as the Senior Vice President of Elementary Schools and the Professional Development site coordinator for the Houston Federation of Teachers.
