Biography
I am a mental health specialist and coach. I have had a profound interest in mental health for over 20 years. I have undertaken many courses regarding mental health and psychology
I am currently I’m involved with mental health coaching and pay particular attention to the disciplines of Gestalt, CBT and ACT.
I work in collaboration with my business partner, who has worked in education for over 16 years. She has taught many learners with complex backgrounds and serious mental health difficulties.
Together, we have founded Church and Lee, developing expert lessons and courses in mental health for young people.
