About This Lesson
This two day, 90-minute lesson helps students to uncover their personal skills and develop self-reflection through a job search format. Students will examine the types of government positions, create a “wanted ad”, and consider what volunteer opportunities would work for them. Students will be forced to consider the ways they can help serve their community. SEL skills will work towards self-awareness and self-management.
