A good close reading lesson for the poem that requires students to use CC Standard skills. At the end the teacher asks what poems we could compare to based on poetic elements (great question) but a homework assignment could be for students to go out and find a poem that is comparable.

Useful in teaching citing evidence with text.

Great resource. Really like the "could do" part of the objective.
