About This Lesson
The teacher can demonstrate how to make mayonnaise in a jam-jar (put in egg yolks then add oil a drip at a time, shaking in between). Students then fill in the sheet to describe the method and the science behind how it works. The sheet is differentiated between lower and higher abilities.
