About This Lesson

This is a fun activity to do with Masque of the Red Death. It asks students to imagine that the guests at the party had Twitter accounts. They have to tweet throughout the party, and they have to reply to each other's tweets. Students tend to have fun with this. Aligned to Common Core State Standard: RL.11-12.1

This is a great way to make sure the students are comprehending the story. Wish I had something like this for me when it came to reading this story!

Good idea for an activity; using technology to share the tweets would help to meet even more CCSS.
