About This Lesson
Mini Poetry Unit
Great supplement to use as a mini poetry unit in the middle years. Students can use these simple poetry styles to practice their figurative language skills and explore poetry in a 21st century way. Students were able to master these styles and gain confidence in their ability to analyze more difficult poetry.
