Middle Years Independent Reading Log
Handout to give students at the beginning of the year to help them track their at home reading. Middle years students need to read outside of class time and this handout allows them to keep track of their novel, author, genre, and length of time they are reading for each day. Prizes, grades or other incentives can be attached to the reading at teachers discretion.
