About This Lesson
Morning,
My name is Patrick Foy and I've been an elementary PE teacher for 13 years. I decided to start making some fun online exercise videos for my students that require minimal equipment. I've done 4 so far and the students seem to really enjoy them. Thought I'd share the link for everyone.
