About This Lesson
Students will learn about discrimination and segregation in the military during World War II and develop college- and career-ready reading and writing skills. Students will learn how to compare and contrast two author’s presentation of the same topic, and analyze how an author conveys his or her purpose in a text. Students will also learn how to match the development, organization, and style of my writing to my task, audience, and purpose.
