About This Lesson
Students will view a power-point on how to measure their heart rate/pulse. Students will then practice recording their heart rate, participate in a variety of physical activities and monitor their heart rate. Students will record their pulse on a chart and plot their data on individual graphs. The students will then share their information to create a class heart rate graph.
